Philly & Phill is a Munich-born niche fragrance house founded in 2009 by Tanja Bublitz — a fourth-generation perfumer and keeper of the legendary Parfümerie Brückner on Munich’s Marienplatz — and her husband Stefan Cozma, a man equally passionate about the sensory pleasures of life. The brand was born not from a business plan, but from a love story — their own — and every composition that followed is a fragrant chapter from that same diary: electric, intimate, and written in ink that never fades. The iconic bottle itself pays homage to this idea — its dark glass, releasing colour gradually from top to bottom, is shaped like an inkwell, as if each fragrance were a love letter waiting to be written. Each Eau de Parfum is crafted with an exceptional concentration of 18–22% fragrance oil, infused with rare and precious ingredients including oud and pheromones, creating compositions that do not simply smell beautiful — they pull people closer.
